Find your councilor first, and the send buttons will address the letter.
The letter opens in your own email, and you send it. It goes from you to your councilor, and the Ledger never sees it. Councilors hear most from people who say, in their own words, how an issue touches them, so add a line of your own.
Councilors and districts come from the City of Albuquerque's council district map. Each letter's summary is the case made by the group named under it, as that group puts it, and the letter is a starting point for yours.
